The days are longer, the weather is warmer and the days are better – it is finally Summer! It is the season of entertaining and I always get excited to celebrate the 4th of July with friends and an ice cold glass of Chloe Wine Pinot Grigio. In recent years, we have watched the fireworks from our rooftop, sipped cocktails at a friend’s chic patio gathering and spent the afternoon celebrating at the beach! This year we got together with our friends for an early celebration and took their boat out during the San Francisco heat wave!
I have 2 general rules when it comes to Summer gatherings:
Never show up empty-handed and always say ‘yes’ to a boat day.
We typically have a variety of Chloe Wine on-hand for occasion’s such as this, so I reached for the bottles of Chloe Pinot Grigio that I had chilling in our fridge and we picked up simple syrup, lemons and sparkling water to make our favorite refreshing summer cocktail.
