The ultimate way to cool down, this crisp Blackberry Ginger Mule combines Chloe Pinot Grigio, vodka, ginger beer, lime juice, and freshly muddled blackberries.
1 part vodka
1/2 part lime juice
2 parts Chloe Pinot Grigio
Ginger beer, to top
Blackberries, for garnish (optional)
In a glass, muddle the blackberries. Add crushed ice and set aside. In a shaker, add ice cubes, vodka, lime juice, and Chloe Pinot Grigio. Shake to combine, and strain into the glass with crushed ice. Top with ginger beer, and garnish with blackberries.
